This Privacy Policy describes how Kyle Cosper ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the SMS notification service operated by the Kyle Tech Corner home lab.
The only information collected is the mobile phone number that the operator voluntarily enters into the self-hosted home lab application in order to receive automated notification text messages.
The mobile phone number is used solely to deliver automated SMS notifications (system status alerts, monitoring notifications, environmental/weather monitoring, and backup reports). It is not used for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.
SMS consent is obtained directly through an in-app consent checkbox and is never shared with anyone. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for any purpose.
Message frequency varies based on system events. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
The phone number is stored only within the operator's private self-hosted configuration and is removed upon opt-out. No data is transmitted to external parties.
